COMMON QUESTIONS

How long is the membership period?
Our agreements start from a minimum of 3 months. Most members choose a 12-month commitment to get the most out of their incubation experience. The maximum period under Bahrain's SME regulations is 3 years.
Are payments refundable?
All payments are non-refundable as outlined in the service agreement. This applies in all cases including early departure or relocation during the agreement term.
Who is eligible to join Kickstart?
Bahraini-registered companies or individuals with a new CR, or an existing CR no older than 12 months from its "Get License" date. Holding companies are not eligible.
What happens when my agreement expires?
Within 15 days of expiry you must renew with us, relocate to another incubator, or move to a commercial address. We'll guide you through the process well in advance.
Can I sell products directly from the space?
Direct point-of-sale is not permitted under incubation regulations. However, you're welcome to display product samples within the space.
Under what conditions can my agreement be terminated?
Agreements may be terminated for payment delays exceeding 7 days, damage to facilities, breach of terms, or non-compliance with Bahraini law. No refunds apply in these cases.
